About the Role
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of spa operations, from shop renovation to daily management, ensuring exceptional service and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renovation and Setup:
Coordinate spa renovation and setup, ensuring alignment with our brand’s eco-luxury vision.
- Operational Management:
Develop and implement operational policies.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Staff Recruitment and Training:
Hire and train staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer experiences and handle feedback.
- Marketing and Brand Building:
Execute marketing strategies and enhance brand recognition.
Manage online presence and promotional activities.
- Inventory and Supply Management:
Oversee inventory and supplier relationships.
- Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with local regulations and health standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in spa or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in marketing and brand building.
Proficiency in English and Thai
